The Problem.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers collect reports of adverse events that occur as a result of taking their drugs or vaccines. For this project we were tasked to create new adverse event reporting site specifically for our client's COVID-19 vaccine.

The Process.

Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic we worked with many stakeholders across various departments and were required to balance the needs of the business, the medical information team and the user.

After collaborating with the relevant stakeholders we were able to arrive at a final product that collected all the legally required information, the extra information requested by the medical information team and was simple and intuitive for the end user.

After gathering the requirements and finalizing the information we needed to collect we started by creating a low fidelity prototype in Axure and began testing.

The Solution.

After our testing, we worked with our visual designer to create to the final HiFi designs and created a set of annotated wireframes for the development team.
